Mindful Morning

Simply Being You were invited to give a mindfulness meditation session to visitors at Stamford Meadows Glamping. The mindfulness session was followed by an introduction to Mindful Movement.

This peaceful environment was ideal for a Mindfulness Meditation session. Mindfulness of breath, learning to focus and allowing ourselves the time to tune in with our mind and body, in a non-judgmental and non-self-critical way.
