Dear Simply Being You followers,

Whether you are climbing the stairs, taking a stroll through the woods or shopping on the high street, you can ‘Mindfully Move’. There doesn’t need to be any set time to say “I need to do some mindful movement.” Every day when you are out and about, simply take yourself out of ‘Autopilot’ and feel the moment. See with the ‘Beginner’s Eye’ and pay attention to each step you take. Become aware of your breathing, heart beat, and the immediate world around you. Awaken your senses and give yourself the full flavour of your present moment awareness.
