Mindfulness Day

What a fantastic weekend. Thank you to our partners at Spanhoe Lodge for making everyone welcome. The food was outstanding and the service second to none. An enjoyable, relaxing day. We had fun through Mindful Movement, Mindful Eating, Breathing Meditations and relaxing through ‘The Lake’ (a guided Meditation).
